Delete your Safella account

You can permanently delete your Safella account from the mobile app or the web portal. Deletion removes your profile and account-owned data, except records Safella must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or safety compliance reasons.

Delete from the mobile app

Open Safella, go to Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm with your password or by typing DELETE for passwordless accounts.

Delete from the web portal

Sign in to the Safella web portal, open Account, and use the delete-account action. The same confirmation requirements apply.
