Last updated: June 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Safella application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. 2. Description of Service Safella is a personal safety application that provides emergency alert features, location sharing, AI-powered communication tools, and evidence gathering capabilities. Safella is not a replacement for emergency services. 3. User Accounts You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 4. Acceptable Use You agree to use Safella only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the emergency alert features, submit false reports, or use the app to harass or harm others. 5. Subscriptions & Payments Safella Extra is available as a monthly (€9,99/month) or yearly (€59,99/year) subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. 6. Limitation of Liability Safella is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will prevent harm. Safella is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. 8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Safella after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9.
